If I set up a voicemail box on an Intuity Audix,(acting as an auto attendent and a general mail box for messages)with three caller options, 1, 2, and 3 (for sales press 1 --- for customer support press 2 or to leave a message press 3) that will ring to a hunt group with 2 phones who will then get the display of "Sales" or "Customer Support"---so they know how to answer, then my question is----on the original vmail box--can it be set with a day and night message--or would I have to write a vdn to change to a second vmail box with a night greeting?

Thanks

I don't know a way to have a mailbox to have a different greeting except for busy and not busy calls. But I was never even able to get that to work.
The standard way to do a time of day would be to send the call to the 'change auto routing' table and according to the business schedule that u set up, it routes to the mailbox that u have already set up for days, then send it to another mailbox for nights.
U can also do it in vectors, which is better cuz u won't be dependant on a Intuity that is not as reliable as the pbx.

Da-vi'do
