Hi,

I want to place an announcement before a call goes out a PSTN trunk. Specifically, I want to play an announcement after the 9.911 route that states "you are being transfered to emergency services, please hold," then transfer the call to 911.

I don't want to use my VM system.

Any thoughts?

I am using CM 4.2
