Call Divert activated by accident

We have a Hicom 120 as our office phone system.
There are a couple of users with Keystation phones but must are just using normal euroset phones.
one of the users with a euroset phone appears to have accidentally set a call divert to another extension and we don't know how to remove this.
I tried plugging a Keystation into her socket but it is dead (possibly because it appears to only have two wires coming to it).
Is there some code you can enter to cancel the divert.
