Call distribution Group?

We have a Definity G3si-v12 with a Definity Audix system.
My problem is we have an outside vendor that wants to be able to call into our company and leave a voice message twice a week with current updates and such. These updates need to go to the voice mailboxes of Manager in each department. This sounds like something that would be easy to do, but I'm at a loss as how to accomplish/automate this. Any thoughts on this would be gratefully appreciated. Thank-you
