We have phones that are programmed with a MCR key as well as an extension(s) keys (e.g. MCR 5555, SCR 1234). The CDR for all extensions on the individual sets shows up on key 0. Key 0 may be the MCR key or it may be the SCR key - the CDR prints the same way. Is there a way to track CDR separately for the MCR key and the SCR key on each set? Most of the sets are M2008. We'd like to know which calls were to the MCR number versus the SCR number. I've been searching NTPS and various websites with no luck. Time for the experts! Thanks.

no, the prime number is going to be in the cdr records.. that is the another reason that nortel recogmends a unique number on key 0 of each set... unlike a key system a pbx has several problems with numbers that are not key 0 or share an analog appearence... a number that is not key 0 will not forward, calls forwarded to that dn may cause more serious problems... for dept dn's that need to be on several sets, those that can't hear a ring in order to use the pick key, i perfer a did of key 0 and 1 usually mcr and the dept number on key 8 (2616).. lpk still works and my forwards work

John, I believe it was you that once suggested inserting an ACD queue in NCFW as a step between the caller and the called DNs when counts by specific DN are needed... might be the trick?

I appreciate both of you responding! We briefly discussed the ACD/NCFW option but weren't sure if it would work. Maybe that is something we should pursue a little further.
Thanks so much.
