I am being asked to provide long distance call records (numbers, times, duration) for specific extensions. Is there a way to retrieve that for May?

Unless you already have CDR configured, all historical CDR data would be lost. If the interface is configured (even without a CDR application) the buffer would hold up to 18,000 call records. Depending on your volume this could be minutes or months. You can download it to a flat file using the RDTT application (I think you can still find it for download).
