I have a G350 (LSP) connected to a S8300 over a cisco flat network. Occaisionally my client answers a call says "hello, such and such company, Jon speaking, how can I help? and the call is cut off. It is about 4 seconds. Not on every call but one two miss a few. Network provider has been to site to check the incoming BRI (ISDN II) lines. All seems OK. I have swapped the BRI MM to no avail. The issue also seems to be on incoming calls only!
