Call coverage

I created a cov remote to point to a station (DCS link) at another switch. any calls to station bounce immediately to the cov remote station...I need any calls to ring at least 3 times at original station then bounce....please help

It could the number of rings in the coverage path like antonyn said, or you have a "y" in the coverage criterium "All?" in the coverage path.

If that's all OK then maybe the station is in SAC (send all calls), or it's disconnected (though I think you would probably know if it were disconnected). Use "status station xxxx" to see what's up.

Thank you both. I figured out the problem, which was the station was x-ported..... That's a lesson, always check the basic stuff first.....
