We have a Definity G3si running r8.1. Today we had a new user using a previous user's station. We changed the name on the station and reset the password in Audix. When we call her station it rings normally and she can pick it up and talk to whoever called. When she doesn't pick it up it covers to another user's station. Yet the coverage path on her station is the one we use for everyone that sends calls to Audix (only coverage point in the path). I listed the usage for her station and she is on some other user's coverage paths and a member of some hunt groups and one intercom group, but I see no bridged appearances on other sets or anything else that would tell me why her station covers to the other user's station. I am perplexed to say the least as I have never seen this before. It can't be the cover path to Audix or we would see all the other users out there calling to complain. And she has no other cover paths assigned to her station or anything in the hunt-to station field. We also do not use vectoring so it shouldn't be a vectoring issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
-Frank

Look in the Audix and see if the mailbox has a covering extension. This is when you get the greeting and it says leave a message or press "0" now. The only other thing I can think of is that someone is picking her calls up through the call pickup access codes. You may try to remove her from the pickup group, and see if that makes a difference.
