Is there a way to configure the amount of time that the phone will ring at the covered extension?

Currently, it seems as if the original extension gets about 2 rings (or 10 seconds), it jumps to the covered extension for which it may only get 5 seconds or 1 ring, then falls back to the original called extensions voicemail. We need the covered extension to get at least another ring or two here.

Thanks

change the no answer time on the original user.

or set the ring type to Immediate rather than delayed on the coverage button.

Got it squared away with the no answer time settings.. thanks!
