Call Coverage not working 1

8410D on a G350 connected via IP network to a S8700. When user on G350 calls extention on S8700, phone rings, they here coverage tone and then it they just hear ringing, call never goes to coverage. This happens when we cover to Audix or another extension.

I used the "List Trace station" command and it shows the call hitting the coverage path and then going to the active station but the it just hangs up.

Any ideas, thanks in advance for your help.
 
Just wanted to let everyone know that we fixed this problem by working with Tier 3 support at Avaya and the had us apply Patch # 13341 to both the S8700 and the S8300 in the G350. Thanks to everyone for their support.
