Call Classifier Cards

We are installing a Davox dialler in the next few weeks
and I have been told I need to change the settings on the
call classifier cards.

Does anyone know how to do this ? And what the recommended
settings are for release 9.5 Definity.

The dialler supplier have provided examples of other customers settings but none are on release 9.5 does the switch release matter what settings you have.
 
You can change call classifier settings by doing a "change sit-treatment". I know we had to change at least one setting when we installed our SER dialer.

Here are my settings:

SIT TREATMENT FOR CALL CLASSIFICATION

SIT Ineffective Other: dropped
SIT Intercept: answered
SIT No Circuit: dropped
SIT Reorder: dropped
SIT Vacant Code: dropped
SIT Unknown: dropped

AMD Treatment: answered
Pause Duration (seconds): 1.0
Talk Duration (seconds): 1.5
