I have an IPO 500 running 4.05 and CCC latest version. At times it is showing the agent on a call even though they are not. I have looked at the incoming trunks and they are on no call. The reports also show the correct times. Has anyone had this problem and knows of a fix.

They havent accidently been given a long wrap up timer within User/Telephony have they??
