Does anyone have any suggestions regarding call center recording systems. We want to record all calls in our call centers which share trunks with the rest of our system, so set based recording is probably the way I need to go.

We are running an Opt81c with SCCS 4.2

suggestions????

agree with sandy, that's some of the best equipt going, have seen it used in 911 centers

We use Telstrat here. Good product, good folks to deal with if you do have any problems.

I have a NiceLog system (latest incarnation) - good too !!

<Do I need A Signature or will an X do?>

We looked at TelStrat for our security department - I was very impressed. Didn't get it because security wouldn't cough up the money, but... I still liked it! :) -Matt
