I have a customer which is using an Amtelco switch.
Does any one know of a nice call center agent program that interfaces with IP Office .
What I am hoping for is alfanumeric paging and the agents being able to take notes on some accounts and read back when requested.
Small center most 8 agents at a time.
right now they are using Infinity telephone agent?
