You cannot identify what is a spam call since they spoof numbers most of the time but you can block a specified phone number using the CLID Routing table in Callpilot.....given that same number calls you over and over again.
Also, you don't need to put the entire number in the CLID routing table. I found that if you have a lot of junk calls coming from one area code (809, for example) you can just put 809 as an entry in the CLID routing table and send all calls from the 809 area code to voicemail hell.
