Call barring/blocking from external system

Is there any way to restrict outgoing calls to certain destination from a system outside the IPO?

The IPO will block the call, but which calls that are blocked or which extension this apply to, will dynamically change, and need to be controlled from an external computer.

I need the API for controlling the possibility for the users to call externally.

They want to control which phones that can call outside numbers from their own software.

I would just give them manager at the remote location, assuming they have a connection to that site.

Not an option, as the change happens several times a day, and need to be automated (as in controlled from another system).

Or automaticly with a XML scheme but that feature is not a option within the XML scheme.
So the answer is NO unless you write your own TAPI Pro application.

The customer itself will make the software needed.

This is what I am looking for, but I need the documentation for the customer to develop their own application. (So basicly what I am looking for is the documentation on how to communicate with the avaya Tapi driver)?

Whats the difference between Tapi, Tapi Pro and Tapi2? (3 different names for the same software)?
