IPO406 4.1 lastest releae with PRI, the user dialing out sometime will get Call Barred. No restrictions are programmed and using the default ARS table. When they try to call the same number again it will go. Checked the PRI Trunk, all 23 lines are good with no errors. It is happening randomly to different users. The phone sets are all 4424 and 4412, any ideas?
