Call Appearances on 4620.

I have an admin with a 4620 and an expansion unit. She has 5 call appearances, 3 bridged appearances from her manager's phone, and I have bridged call alerting set to y. She's complaining that she will be on the first line, take a call on the second line, end call from the first line, continue call on second line, and another call will come in on her first line and not ring.

What is causing this?
 
What's the "Active Station Ringing" setting on the second page of the station form? That could be your problem.
 
I have "Active Station Ringing" set to continuous.

Anyone?

 
Anyone else have any ideas as to what I can try?
 
What if you change on page 2 per button ring control to yes, and then set the rg on page 3 to r. Also what is Active Station Ringing set to? Continous?
