Our adjunct call acctg system is being taken out by corporate. In ASA there's a call accounting button on the advanced tab. Do you need CMS to generate one of those reports?
We have bcms only. There's some exts I want to keep reporting on after the old call acct system is gone. Basically number of calls per hour, and total for the day. They aren't a hunt group, though. My question, is there any other way to get this info, without extra softwr, or making them a hunt-group?
