Call Accounting Mate & IPO

Hi All.

We ahve CA MATE with IPO, we have problem genarating the reports with CA MATE.

IT Takes lot of time while genarating the reports almost 30 to 45 minutes to genarate 1 month report.

WE have 80 GB HDD - 1GB RAM - win XP sp2.

in need your inputs is anbody using same call billing software with IPO.

any inputs highly appriciated to resolve this issue
