I am running office xp with access, I would like to include a drop down calender for entering dates, can anyone advise me how to do it.

Thanks Tony.

One way: GoTo Design view of your form. On the ToolBox toolbar, click on More Controls. Scroll down to Microsoft Date And Time Picker. Click on this and then draw a box on your form. You can go into VBA (ALT + F11), click on Tools, References and see if it was registered by seeing if there's a check next to Microsoft Windows Common Controls-2 6.0. Then you can program the On Updated event of the control to do whatever you want with the date.
