When an Outlook user sends another user a appointment the receiving Outlook user via Exchange receives the appointment 1 hour later then when it was actually set for in the original appointment..

Anybody have any clues about this?

I had this. For me it was the time zone settings to adjust for daylight savings time.

Tools->Options->Preferences->CalendarOptions->Time Zone.

Have you checked there?

Yep, I had this problem with a user, was the time zone set on their individual workstation. They configured their own machine, was at a remote office, and left the time zone on Pacific, everyone else was on Eastern. Everything they sent came in 4 hours before it was sent, everything that went to her got there 4 hours after it was sent, according to the time stamps.

Make sure servers and workstations are all set to the right time zone and it should work fine.

That is exactly the trick. I payed no attention to that setting on 5 new workstations - The server keeps the time for me.. right? Wrong.. well.. right.. but wrong.. the local machine's daylight savings/standard time handles that adjustment as well as the time zone offset.
