Hi All,

Would anyone happen to know a way to share a calendar in Exchange 2003/Outlook 2k, within these parameters?

One person is an employee with an exiting, Outlook mail profile,
One to three other people are not employees – have, or can get internet mail accts,
Able to sync/update the calendar at any time, (no PSTs PLEASE!),
Can be accessed and updated with Palm Treo (Verizon) phone.
Preferably, be native to the Exchange server – 3rd party software would be second choice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Lou V.

First line of parameters should read "existing Outlook mail profile"

sorry

I am not sure if your external people's handhelds support ActiveSync. If they do, you can configure them to synchronize with Exchange server (no extra software needed). If you don't want to give password to the external user, ask the users to bring in the handhelds and you configure them...

Richard, thanks for the response. The phones do support active sync, however, they have been set up to sync directly with Exchange and any unfiltered Activesync updates will cause multiple entries. To be safe, we ask them not to use it. Another challenge that has come about is, the user does not want to share his main calendar. He would prefer a sub-calendar, which so far, no one has been able to see on the phones. If you know a way to see a sub-calendar, or even better a public folder, on the Treo's that would be very helpful.
