Greetings All!

OK...have a nagging issue here and am not sure is even possible.

I am running Exchange 2K3 on a Windows 2K3 DC. All of my clients connect through OWA.

I am trying to set up a confernece room as a resource. I have given it an email address. I have also set up (through Outlook 2K3) resource scheduling through the Calendar Options to "automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations" as well as to "automatically decline conflicting meeting requests"

However, it does not appear that the meeting requests are being automatically accepted. And, when I do manually accept them, the resource is not being shown as "busy" when availability is checked through OWA.

I hope this makes sense. Any suggestions would be greatly apprectiated.

Thanks,

Ken

Yes...but not as this article states. I am entering the resource through OWA...not Outlook. The entire company uses OWA.

Thanks for the response.
