Calendar Problems Outlook/OWA 1

Got a user with a slight calendar problem.

In OWA all her appointments show in her calendar, In normal Outlook 97/2k + XP her calendar only shows selected appointments.

If however you try making an appointment when you know there should be one it tells you your new appointment conflicts with an existing one.

She has been sychronizing her calendar with a PALM PDA, i don't know if appointments created in this could be causing the problem?

Any Help much appreciated as got me foxed.

Amendment to the problem.

Just tried creating her an appointment using standard Outlook. Once saved the appointment it didn't show in her calendar but does in OWA.

Exchange Server is 2K

I had a simular problems with a users in-box and the solution was to set the users Outlook filters and rules back to the default. The user had created an odd problem using rules and filters making mail in the in-box invisable. The users mail would show up in OWA but not in Outlook.
