We have a general, departmental account set up for our maintenance department to use to let each other know what's going on. There are about 8 people set up to access this one calendar. We have one person defined as the owner. That person would like to receive notification when there is a change to the calendar, whether it be addition, deletion, or change. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

I forgot to add that this is Outlook 97/2000.

Thanks

I am currently working on a similar problem. I do believe this can be done. You have to setup the calendar in the public folders as as moderated folder. This option will send an e-mail to the owner anytime the calendar is modified. The only draw back is that the owner must repost the change back into the calendar once they recieve the message, otherwise it will not be available for others to see. I hope this helps you.

The problem I am having is that people who have permissions to the calendar cannot post to it when they access their mail through our web interface. They can view it, just can't change it. If anyone knows how this can be corrected, please let me know.

Thanks
