I downloaded the access calendar but it doesn't work for me....does anyone know how to make a simple calendar like the one in that zip file??

Have you tried the ActiveX calender in the "Tools" menu?
I added it to one of my forms and my associate loves it.
Goto;
"Tools","ActiveX controls","calendar control 8"
Much can be done with coding using the calendar but I use it as a straight calendar.
