Calander reminder delays couple of hours

Hi all,

Hope to find a solution here.

When my users set a reminder on a calanderitem the reminder comes far too late. most of the time a couple of hours or even 1 or 2 days!

please help!

The only thing that I can think this to be is that the calendar settings are off. Perhaps they are correct in the machine, but incorrect in Outlook -or vice versa -or both. I would select a machine/user that has been having a problem and then check both the settings. Also pay attention to the automatic update for daylight savings time since that may cause the problems with being an hour off.
