Does somebody have a problem when have tried to make a span port in a avaya switch?, I seems that avaya switches iddle when they have configured a port in mirror.

What commands did you use to set the mirror port? And what type of Avaya switch is this?

Hi, it's an Avaya P882 release Boot v5.00.1 and APP release v5.04.2

The command is

set port mirror Fabric_mode2 source-port 3/1 mirror-port 5/3 channel 1
direction both sampling always
