cache problem

hi all,

i have a major major problem with my iis 5. seems that the web server is caching my static htm pages which at this point of time, i have to keep making changes. i tried to disable the cache by placing a http header "Cache-Control : no-cache" but still the changes is not reflected on the client side. Please help. Thanks
