C_1252.nls missing or corrupt

When booting up our exchage server we get the following message..

Windows NT could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
c:\winnt\system32\c_1252.nls

Have tired replacing the file but no joy.......

Any ideas

MSKB has an article on this:

This has to do with partition size. NT is really picky about the size of the boot partition and which files reside on it. If you have partition magic, the best thing to do is ensure that your boot partition is less than 7.8GB.

I've resolve the problem with ntfschk utility (execute ntfschk /F) from boot w98 disk.
