C# web app database advice needed 1

Hey everyone,

I'm currently converting a VB6 Web App over to C#. I'm new to C# and I'm looking for advice on how to set up or design the database part of the program.

The VB6 version used the Data Enviroment. For the most part this was fairly easy to update with new stored procedures, or update ones that changed.

I'd apprecate any thoughts or links people can provide. If more info is needed let me know.

The hot thing now is the enterprise library. It has the data access application block that makes your life easier.
You can download it and explore the examples in it.
