C.D.R. Link Down?

Hey guys, we have a Avaya G3R with Veramark as our CDR. The PSU is not collecting any data from the switch.

I did a status on our CDR link and the primary link state is showing down.

I am not sure of the steps to bring the status back up. Can anyone help with the steps in bringing the CDR link back up?

The G3r uses external Data Modules to get the CDR data from the prosessor to the PSU. Chack the data mod and connections.
