Bypass the Access Code

Running an Option 11c Succession 4.5.

Is there a way to have one of the phones (analog) in our system be able to dial an outside number without having to dial "9" to get an outside line?

We have a postage stamp machine that needs updating and we don't have access to the setup of the machine to insert a 9.

Any thoughts?

I went the site and implemented everything that was documented and when I try to change the phone I receive the following info:

Req: chg
Type: 500
Tn: 5 9
ECHG: yes
Item: XLST SCH3301

Hmmm. Try LD22 req PRT type PKG and see if you have Package 92 PLXT

You need that for it to work, but its a common package I thought

Yes, I do have that in our package. Actually the Postage Company got back to us and we were able to insert a 9 in the setup so we're good to go.

I'll play around with getting this to work at a later time when it's not so crazy. Thanks for your help.
