I have an auto dealership with an older 403 on release 5.2, they want to implement mandatory account codes for the sales people's phones, so calls can be tracked by a 3rd party software program - which is easy enough, but the issue is that the 911 calls require an account code as well, which probably isn't cool should one of their customer's need to dial 911 in an emergency. They have a PRI and the 911 shortcode is set as "dial emergency", is there a way around requiring an account code for 911 dialing on an extension that is forced to require an account code? TIA

In the system (not on the user) shortcode list:

Enable 'force account code' on the ? shortcode.
Or better, replace this with 9N, dial, N, 0, force account code

Then, add a new shortcode 112, dial emergency, 112, 0. Do not enable force account code..
