Button with sound...

Hi everyone,
I have been trying for a week and a half to put a button onto a page,what I want it to do is... (I want the roll over effect,then when it is pressed to play a specific sound, then take you to the URL - I've tried it in Dreamweave AND Flash - No Luck!!! No matter what I've tried, it cuts the sound off, unless you hold the mouse button down - does anyone have any suggestions??

Try using a Javascript function to play the sound and redirect Live long and make your kids suffer..
