Button type does not meet min or max requirements 2

I am trying extend-call on my 6424 phone and try to asign this function to a hard button and the I get the error in the subject. What's up. This is on G3SI V12.1. The EC500 works great would just like to be able for forward the call the my cell.

Do 'display capacity' and see if you have maxed out the number of buttons of that type allowed.

Extend Call doesnt apply until CM 2.0

I have not administered any of these buttons, i was trying it out for the first time on my set. So I am confused on the display capacity command, every page shows I have available items ab a bunch, with the exeption of stations H323 trunks and those are like 50 and 7 available respectfully, and I don't see them causding this problem.

Also I have CM2.1, from the Displacy Capicity page 12, Software load R012i.01.411.7. Is this not at least CM 2.0?

I am still looking for why I can not assign extend on my 6424 set I am on CM 2.1.

Sometimes I get this error when I try to add a button that already assigned on the set.

Thanks Ed, I always play with buttons on my phone and failed to notice that at some time I had already added it to my phone.
