Button Programming for Reception for VoiceMail Pro Recording Module

Created a Voicemail Pro "Recording" Module so the reception can rerecord the main company greeting wav file. I have assigned a short code *61 (random assignment) and it works when I dial *61 from reception. It prompts appropriately and the task can be completed. However, I would like to assign a button on her phone that she can press to activate *61 rather than having her dial *61 manually.

Short code: *61
Feature: Voicemail Collect
Telephone Number: "Recording"
Line Group ID: 0
Works.

I assigned her reception button this way and it doesn't work:

Button No. X
Label: Co. Grtg
Action: Voicemail Collect
Action Data: *61

Any ideas?

change the Button to dial .
then *61.

In otherwords dial *61 because thats all you want the button to do.
