Button assignments on a 4620

Does anyone have a button assignment template for a 4620. Which buttons are what numbers when configuring a new 4620. Mine are not lining up, it my first and I cannot seem to find any documentation. Thanks

If you leave a button assignment blank, it just moves all of the assignment displays up one. When I need to leave a blank in the phone display, I use a system speed-dial where there is not a number programmed and the name is either an period [red].[/red] or an underscore [red]_[/red]
