Busy Tone

Is a busy tone avalible on an ip office for internal or external calls. The isssue i think is the CA keys on DS systems because this wasnt an issue in DT System
 
You can get busy tone on a IPO DS if you only have two CA button, A= and B= and one the user settings in Manager you set RESERVE_LAST_CA= on SourceNumbers on each user.

This reserves the last CA button for outgoing traffic.

Also you must have Voicemail disabled on the user.

If you also want to use Voicemail on a user with this feature you will have to create a shortcode that goes to the users voicemail and put this in the Forward on No Answer field.
