Busy tone when calling party is disconnect first from a call

Hello there,
I face the following problem, if someone can help me.
When a person call to a person who has PBX system and disconnect first there is no sound.Is like dead. In normal telephones (PSTN)when someone disconnects from a call you hear a busy tone. There is any feature which i can enable this busy tone?
Note: The system is S8400/G650
