Hi there,

Can somebody help me with a bit of a practical problem:

Because of the situation it was better to make agentlogin-id's a DID.
Problem is that the operator can't see if the persons are busy or not.(On the BLF or DXS)
Agents also move to different seats all the time.

Are there any options on this? I know that you can que the call anyway but believe me, that irritates people.

THX in advance

We had a similar problem in that you can't tell if the agent is on a call or not actually logged in. We got round this by giving reception access to Centre Vu Supervisor they can now see what agents are doing
