BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. Why?

My situation: 2 InfoView servers, 1 shared storage, 1 shared repository. I am using LDAP user autentication (LDAP atribute pager). LDAP sends as pager group membership for this user. I issued for those groups using of BusinessObjects full client, but I disabled feature Creating of Documents (via Supervisor). But when I export a report from full client to repository, LDAP user logs in, try to refresh document, this message occurs:

Automation exception BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (Error: BOMGR 0060) IDispatch error #306 LoginAs failed


where can be a problem?
