Business Objects, Citrix and Cut And Paste

We have BO 6.1 and 5.1.6 (long story) on Citrix, on Windows 2000.

When I try to cut / copy and paste it falls over in a heap. I've seen some suggestions for fixes on NT, but none work so far.

Can anyone help?

This is a known issue. You need to check the BO tech support site or busobj.forumtopics.com.

The solution has something to do with starting clip.exe.
