in music match juke box i try to burn a cd. i have a play list set up and when i click on burn cd the hour glass comes up for a split second then nothing happens. Then when i shut the computer down the music match screen comes up for a few seconds then the computer shuts down. i have burnt cds before with mmatch with no problems.how can i fix this?

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling MusicMatch? What version of MM and Windows? Have you tried turning off all other programs first?
