I don't think it is possible directly through VBScript. There are two possibilities that I can think of. One is to find burning software that will support a command line interface then use vbsrcipt and the WShell object to execute the third party software. The second would be to find third party software that exposes a COM interface then use VBScript to instantiate an object to use he third party software.
