I've created an HTML email and sent it to my client who is using Outlook 2002. There are several places where I've needed to insert bullets in the copy (not bulleted lists, but the actual bullet character, •
. However, she tells me that the bullets are converting to asterisks. Not sure if it happens when she receives the email or only when she tries to forward it.
Has anybody else encountered this? How do I prevent it from happening?
And yes, I know most everyone on this list hates HTML emails. I hear you, but suffice to say that it's out of my control, as my client is demanding it... ;-)
