Bulk emailing question - best solution?

Unsure If anyone can help me on this but how can I send out bulk emails to customers allowing them to see only their email address in the “to” section? Ie. I send out emails at once to 20 people but each person sees only their own email address - “To: sammy@hotmail.com”. I have used the “undisclosed recipient” or BCC in the past but I don't like it & I think that some servers block it as Spam, as I had quite a few emails come back to me.
