Building ccr tree

I have a customer with a ccr tree that works great but now they want to take it to a submenu with options there anyone out there that can give me directions.

You must first turn the ccr off, no changes will take effect until ccr is off. Then just go to the path you want to change. Don't forget to save your changes then turn ccr on.

my problem is trying to build a submenu with options in it, for example
press 1 for service
then that options routes you to 2 differnet transfer points

The ccr tree can be complex if you are not use to working with it. Perhaps there is a faq that may help, or you might consider calling in a Tech.
I can help with certain points but I'm not going to walk you through the whole process. Sorry...

Do you have a call pilot, flash, CICS AA or what?

Whatever path you are changing to add submenus change to a menu point. then add greeting. to add submenu points for the same path dial path number and submenu point.
ex. Change path 1 to menu point add recording. to add sub menus from path prompt dial 11 for submenu point 1 on path 1.
